Hello friends from what seems like December 38th, 2020 but is really that mythical year called 2021 that we were all waiting for.
With the city of New Orleans back in modified Phase One we've decided to close it down for at least the next three weeks. We'll be back when the weather is a little warmer and the days are a little longer, but until then, we'll be sure to keep you informed of, well, whatever dumb stuff occurs to us, as well as any relevant information concerning our reopening. Looking forward to catching you on the flipside, for reals, so please take care.
Our commitment to you is to provide a clean, safe environment that you feel comfortable drinking and dining in! Please let us know immediately if you notice anything that requires our attention or have a question about our policies; we take your well-being very seriously.
The restaurant has been scoured top to bottom and we have established hand-washing, sanitation, mask and glove routines for all employees.
Some other specific updates we've made include:
Weekly testing for staff and sick pay for anyone who is questioning their health and needs to stay home.
Our seating capacity has been determined by sufficient distancing, so we will generally be seating less people than technically allowed.
We've increased ventilation in all areas of the restaurant and reduced contact points.
